As a Heath Vets client, you can now access veterinary advice and reassurance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Whether you have a late-night concern, a question about your pet’s medication or you’re unsure whether they need an appointment, an experienced vet is only a message away.
What is VidiVet?
VidiVet is an app-based veterinary advice service that connects you with an experienced, UK-registered vet at any time of the day or night. Think of it as NHS 111 for your pets.
Simply send your question through the app, along with any helpful photos or videos. A VidiVet vet will review the information and send you a personalised video response, usually within minutes.
They can help you understand:
- Whether your pet needs to see a vet
- How urgently they may need treatment
- What you can safely do at home
- What to prepare or bring to an appointment
- Whether your concern can be monitored
How does VidiVet work?
1. Sign up
Complete the short registration form and download the VidiVet app.
2. Ask your question
Tell the VidiVet team what is worrying you and include photos or videos where helpful.
3. Receive personalised advice
An experienced vet will send you a tailored video response, helping you understand what to do next.
